Price List - Services
We understand that every business is out to turn a profit and that every individual likes to save
money. We know that computer service is something everyone hates to spend money on. We
keep our rates low. We guarantee to beat our competitors*
Below is a very basic idea of our rates. If you have questions, concerns, or just want
something clarified, contact us.
In Shop Service - ($50/hour, one hour minimum) - Installation/Configuration of PC software or hardware, PC peripheral setup, Game console repair or other small electronic repairs done in our shop.
We will notify you if the repair will cost more than the value of the equipment, or if we believe that it can not be repaired.
Diagnostic Only - ($25 flat rate) - We'll tell you what is wrong with your equipment. No
repairs will be made. If it can't be fixed, we won't charge you.
Reload with Data Save - ($80 flat rate) - Save personal data, hard drive wipe, operating
system reload, operating system updates, driver updates, data restore.
Operating systems older than Windows XP will be billed at a higher rate of $125 for a reload. (these older times take more time to complete)
Service Call - ($75/hour, one hour minimum) - On Site service work. Out of county service
calls bill from the time we leave our shop.
Pick-Up / Delivery for In Shop Service - FREE! - We'll come to your house/business and
unhook your equipment, take it to the shop, repair, bring it back and reconnect it.
(Inside city limits only!, $10 - $25 trip fee outide city limits)
Web Development / Training - Per project.
*Note: Competitors would be an established business performing computer service as a full time function. Persons
doing "computer work on the side" do not constitute a competitor.
